Dr. Rachum's clinic is located on the north side of Cermak Road between Elmwood and Gunderson Avenue, one block west of Ridgeland Avenue.  We have convenient parking in front of our office and our clinic is located on ground level for ease of access.

We accept medical insurance and Medicare and we bill your insurance directly. We are under contract with most insurance companies and are a PPO preferred provider. 

If you do not have insurance, our fees are very reasonable.  Dr. Rachum believes that everyone should be able to afford excellent healthcare so he keeps his services at a very competitive rate.

As a courtesy to our patients, our calls are forwarded after regular business hours so that you may reach someone at any time.
