Our Patient Treatment Philosophy:
Dr. Rachum uses a combination of different therapies to create a
customized treatment plan tailored to each patient. Your treatment plan
could consist of a combination of the following: chiropractic,
acupuncture, cupping, auriculotherapy, gwa sha, mechanical traction,
flexion, electric stim, ultrasound, soft tissue work, trigger point therapy,
hot packs, cold packs, moxabustion, orthotics, supports, massage,
prescribed exercises, muscle testing and nutritional supplements.
We understand that some patients are afraid of the "cracking sound"
that is typically associated with chiropractic care. While some patients
are comfortable with this and expect to hear it, we realize that some
would prefer to not hearing a cracking sound. If that is the case for you,
Dr. Rachum uses many other methods of adjustment, so that you can
still receive the benefits of chiropractic and relief from the pain but not
experience the "cracking sound".

Cermak Road. Our clinic is located between Elmwood and Gunderson
Avenue. Elmwood is one block west of Ridgeland Avenue. We have
convenient parking on Cermak Road in front of our office, on the side on
Elmwood Avenue and in the back there is strip parking. We are located
between Family Liquors and a Nail Salon.
Medical insurance, Medicare assignment and Medicaid accepted. We
are under contract with most insurance companies and are a ppo
provider. We are not a provider for any HMO policies unless you can get
a referral from your primary care physician.
Even if you do not have insurance, our fees are very reasonable.
Dr. Rachum believes that everyone should be able to afford excellent
healthcare so he keeps his services at a very competitive rate.
For your convenience, we can call your insurance company before your
appointment and find out your co-pay and/or deductible for you.

We have daytime, evening and weekend hours. One weekend per
month we are closed for Dr. Rachum to attend classes to keep his skills
up to date and fresh. Our philosophy is to schedule patients so that there
is a minimum amount of waiting. We do ask that our patients try to keep
to their appointment times, as a courtesy to our other patients and to help
with our scheduling. We do not over book so we ask that our patients
give us 24 hours notice for appointment cancellations.
