Infertility, Pregnancy and Delivery
Acupuncture and chiropractic are safe and
conservative forms of treatment that are very helpful for
women during the years of childbearing.  Dr. Rachum
has had experience treating women before, during and
after childbirth.

Dr. Rachum has treated women for infertility with
acupuncture and been successful in his patients having
a healthy pregnancy.  There are, of course, many
different reasons for infertility and they all respond
differently to acupuncture.

Many patients start coming to Dr. Rachum for help
with the back pain and/or sciatica that is so common
during the months of pregnancy.  He treated his own
wife during her pregnancies for relief from sciatica.

Dr. Rachum has also had success using the Webster
Technique and moxa to help with babies in the breech
position.  

He has been called by the doctor/midwife of current
patients, while in labor, to help with the back labor
experienced while delivering a baby.  Back pain was
inhibiting the labor progression and when treated the
labor progressed at a normal pace.
