Dr. Rachum's clinic is located on the north side of Cermak Road between Elmwood and Gunderson Avenue.  Elmwood is one block west of Ridgeland Avenue.  We have convenient parking on Cermak Road in front of our office.

Medical insurance and Medicare are accepted. We are under contract with most insurance companies and are a PPO preferred provider.  If you do not have insurance, our fees are very reasonable.  Dr. Rachum believes that everyone should be able to afford excellent healthcare so he keeps his services at a very competitive rate.
